Cooking Instruction for Beef Ampalaya
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo beef tenderloin cut in strips
1 pc medium ampalaya (bitter melon)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water
5 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
How To Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add beef tenderloin; fry until meat turns brown
- Add soy sauce; stir
- Add water; cover pan and let simmer until beef becomes tender
- Add oyster sauce
- Add ampalaya (bitter melon)
Serving size: 2-3
