Beef Broccoli

The health benefits of broccoli are very extensive. Not only is the vegetable loaded with essential nutrients, it also has therapeutic properties.  It contains high levels of fiber and is a rich source of vitamin-C.
Just a 100 gram serving of broccoli will provide you with more than 150% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin C, which in large doses can potentially shorten the duration of the common cold. Broccoli is also rich in vitamin A, iron, vitamin K, B-complex vitamins, zinc, phosphorus and phyto-nutrients.


Cooking Instruction for Beef Broccoli


1/2 kilo beef tenderloin cut in strips
1 pc medium broccoli
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water
5 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce

How To Cook:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Saute garlic and onion
  3. Add beef tenderloin; fry until meat turns brown
  4. Add soy sauce; stir
  5. Add water; cover pan and let simmer until beef becomes tender
  6. Add oyster sauce
  7. Add broccoli
