Beef Broccoli

Cooking Instruction for Beef Broccoli

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo beef tenderloin cut in strips
1 pc medium broccoli
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup water
5 cloves garlic minced
1 medium onion sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce

How To Cook:


  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Saute garlic and onion
  3. Add beef tenderloin; fry until meat turns brown
  4. Add soy sauce; stir
  5. Add water; cover pan and let simmer until beef becomes tender
  6. Add oyster sauce
  7. Add broccoli
